Good afternoon
Does your organization issue Official Tax Receipts for donated artwork after the donation is made and the appraisal form is completed by the appraiser? I have the art donation form but do not have an official receipts. Any information is helpful. Thank you

I represent an artist collective called Stumble upon a Story. We have a small show coming up for this December based on Dickens A Cricket on the Hearth. The show features a violinist, a tap dancer and a puppeteer. The run time is just under an hour. Suitable for all ages. We hope to perform it for intimate audiences and possibly in care homes so families can have opportunities to have a holiday experience with their elders without having to go anywhere. I was at a Manitoba Outreach Theatre Hub meeting last night and an artist suggested your organization would be good to connect with. Hello Shirley, my name is Martina Smazal and I am a violinist/violist new to Manitoba (Winnipeg). I have been performing extensively for Health Arts first in Vancouver and area in the years 1996 to 2011 where initially David Lemon ran it and then/now Karen Lee-Morlang does, and then in Edmonton and surrounding cities/towns from 2012 till I moved here and where Meran Currie-Roberts ran and runs it. I have a vast repertoire and a variety of programs which I have performed over the years, constantly creating new ones and can go play at Seniors Homes either by myself, or in a duo or trio or Quartet formation, representing a variety of instruments. I have material for not only Solo Violin or Solo Viola, but Duos including any combination of string duos, also flute and violin/viola, violin and harp, violin/viola and piano/keyboard, and violin and guitar. My trio combinations also involve the above instruments, aside from the standard string trio. Would you please advise me whether you would be interested in hiring me in any capacity? Please let me know what else you might need from me. I also transferred my union membership here.

My name is Geoff Erickson and have recently retired. My music has been a side hustle that has been a huge part of my family income. I’ve always been precariously employed in the manufacturing field so music has been my rock. I have done very well. Tragically my wife died a couple years and even though I gig around town a lot I’m always looking for extra things to try.
I sing play guitar and harmonica on a harp
rack when performing in an acoustic format. I do very well.
